Vintage Snow White Bisque Figurine 1930s Disney Borgfeld Figurine 1938

In this listing we have a super cute little bisque figurine. This figurine is designed to look like the character of Snow White from Disney’s iconic “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”. She was mostly likely released by the Borgfeld company in the late 1930s for the release of the film. Snow White is about 4.25 inches tall. She is faintly marked on the bottom with “Japan”. On the back bottom of her skirt she is marked “Copyright Walt Disney and has "Snow White" molded into the bottom of her skirt. She’s quite a charmer! My pictures came out a little odd for colors. For example, her skirt is mustard colored in person and the other colors are a bit different in person as well.
Snow White is in fair condition. I will mention that I have not attempted to clean her. She is a bit dingy, but I would be VERY careful cleaning her. In my experience these figurines were just painted and not fired again so it’s easy to remove the paint with just water. The doll also has a lot of missing paint, including her right eye. She still has a lot of paint, but there’s also a lot of spots that the paint is gone from. There are also a couple of few tiny chips to the figurine here and there, but they're really minor. She’s really lovely and would display nicely, but she’s not perfect. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this figurine and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures (and the issues with the colors not reflecting properly).
