Vintage 1930-1944 Linen Postcard of ROADSIDE AMERICA Scene INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA Showing a USED CAR LOT With OLD TIME CARS & a MARATHON GAS STATION With the Old Time GLOBE GAS PUMPS. The Marathon Station also served as a repair garage, parts store, and a FORD DEALERSHIP. Advertised as the Harry A. Sharp Company, Inc. - “Your Ford Home”. Standard size 5.5” x 3.5”. Postally unused. In EXCELLENT CONDITION according to postcard rating system due to extremely minor to no corner wear, and without any bends, creases, or pinholes. But, please see photo and you be the judge. IMPORTANT POSTCARD SHIPPING INFORMATION: For single postcard purchases, you can choose .75 cents for postage, but there will be no tracking number included. This is called a non-machined letter and is handled in such a way so to not bend it. Please understand that if you choose this option you are making an informed decision to take the risk that should your package get lost, there will be no way to track it and I the seller am not to blame (in terms of giving me negative feedback). I will, however, refund you the full price of the postcard and shipping in the rare event that this happens. The other option is to pay .15 for a First Class Package with tracking. These are the only two options the post office gave me. On multiple postcard orders, please wait until you hear from me before paying as there are several factors that go into calculated shipping on volume pricing. Please do send me your zip code as soon as you can after making a multiple postcard order, however. I would greatly appreciate that as that will be a factor in calculating shipping costs.
