NOTICE
this is not a commercial wax melter.
this is a unit that has been modified from its original manufactured purpose
just as the presto pots have been modified to melt wax and soap.
if you have been using a presto pot to melt your product
understand that this unit will not get as hot as a (presto pot 400) degrees
and therefore will not melt the product as fast.
the pot holds 21 quarts of liquid but fills the pot to top above max fill line.
by candle conversion
every 2 cups is approximately 1 pound
21 quarts would convert to approximately 42 pounds of wax but would leave very little if any room to stirring
17 quarts fills pot to handles
and will leave enough room to stir
will  be approximately 34 lbs of wax
