    RARE 1930 ANTIQUE UNITED STATES VETERANS ADMINISTRATION OFFICER HAT CAP BADGE. Silver toned metal, some scuffing and wear, good enamel. It looks like original center screw post professionally removed and2 new screw posts professionally added on the sides. The badge measures 2 1/2"w x 1 3/4"h. A nice find.
