    Description

Orig 1930s US Army SD SOUTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD Collar Insignia Stamping Die
From the archives of the M. C. Lilley, this listing is for an antique stamping die that was used to make South Dakota National Guard collar insignia.  The insignia might have been used as a pinback or as an applique to a collar disc. The Serial Number (#6331) dates to the mid 1930’s. The steel die is heavy (14 oz).  The diameter is 1 ¾” and it stands 1 ¼” high. The condition is VG with good pattern details, some pitting on the top, and heavy pitting on the sides. Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other listings. Free Priority Mail shipping is included for USA buyers.
