N.S.K.K German (Olympic ?) RARE pin...LOOK

This is an authentic pin it reads ( Kriegsraftfahrerik) N.S.K.K
We are not sure but believe this to be an Olympic related pin.....Please correct us if you know it to be something else.
These were brought back right after WWII by my neighbor who was a Major in the US Army in WWII along with many other relics.
