  • Condition: FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. 3 of the Bassck caster wheels are really hard to turn - I can turn them by hand but not very easily. I don't know why they're hard to turn so I'm selling them as "for parts or not working'. I'm not an expert on them but maybe they can be loosened up somehow. One of the Bassick's and the two Technibilt's turn ok. They have scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. They're dirty and could use a good cleaning.

    FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. 3 of the Bassck caster wheels are really hard to turn - I can turn them by hand but not very easily.
