JAPANESE TANSU / BUTSUDAN DECORATIVE METAL HARDWARE STRIP/ Golden Doves

​   A metal decorative strip from a Japanese butsudan.
This is one long strip of hand hammered decorated metal attached to a hard wood strip with copper nails.
The birds are gold plated and attached with copper nails.
This would have been inside a butsudan. It's from an antiques auction in Kyoto.
There was no story as to why it was separated from the butsudan.
It's 22 inches long (56 cm)
