Dinan BMW E38 740i 740iL 540i Cold Air Intake pipe connector filter clamps

Description

Original DINAN cold air intake removed from a 2001 BMW 740i.  Should fit any 740i/iL or 540i with same BMW V8 engine, please do your research to be sure if your year has the same engine/setup as the 2001.  This has been on the shelf here for years, time to let it go.  Dinan no longer manufactures this peice as far as I know.
Used but very good condition, pipe is aluminum with flat black original exterior finish, no issues or damage, minor wear only as pictured.  Filter is obviously used, can likely clean up or just be replaced, Dinan I believe still sells the filters or there are other solutions.  Rubber connector on other end in great condition as are the clamps.
Filter will ship in same package but will be disconnected and securely wrapped prior to shipment along with everything else.  Clamp for filter end will of course be included.
NOTE:  I also have the original Engine Control Unit as well as Transmission Control Unit from this particular car, please inquire if interested.
