INFORMATION:
Awarded for matches called Chief of the National Guard Bureau's Indoor Rifle Matches. From 1930 through 1933 the reverse read Chief of the National Guard Bureau, from 1934 until the matches were discontinued due to WW2 the reverse read Chief of the Militia Bureau.
