This is a 1930 original TODD of New York Employee Work badge or Shield It’s for a Company RDD & R Co Not really sure but think it has something to do with the Military and it’s civilian Employees Has a number 8134 probably an ID # And on the bottom it has TODD New York USA Seen others before and seem collectible Seen a round one with same writing on front of badge This one is oval in shape Very clean Has writing on back that shows maker of badge which is Whitehead & Horg Co. Newark NJ This item is all original and true to its time the 1930 s Great addition to anyone’s badge collection OFFERS WELCOME
